By establishing either a Local Business Listing or a Nation membership, you are contracting with MyLocalPro.com, not OMGitssoeasy.com, and must comply with the Terms of Use outlined on that site.  

 

A summary of the more critical conditions are spotlighted at this time for your convenience.  Unless otherwise stated, the Terms of Use stated by MyLocalPro.com supersedes any other terms or conditions.

 

 

All link content is subject to OMGitssoeasy.com final approval.  OMGitssoeasy.com does not permit links with sexual, racial, criminal, or otherwise offensive content as exclusively determined by us.  The establishment or posting of any such material will lead to the immediate removal of the link and profile termination with MyLocalPro.com, without financial refund.  Any compensation owned will be forfeited.

 

 

1.        All participants must be at least 18 years of age.

 

2.        All participants must be US citizens with US addresses.

 

3.        The OMGItssoeasy.com opportunity must be void where prohibited by law.

 

 

 

As a participant in all of our Referral and affiliate programs, you inherently agree to operate as an Independent Representative (“IR”).  As an IR, you will be treated as independent contractors for all federal or state tax purposes. As such, Independent

 

Representatives will not be treated as employees, franchisees, joint ventures, partners, employees, or agents with respect to the Internal Revenue Code, Social Security Act, Federal Unemployment Act, state unemployment acts, or any other federal, state, or local statue, ordinance, rule, or regulation. All Independent

 

Representatives shall comply with all federal and state statutes and regulations and local ordinances and regulations concerning the operation of their businesses.

 

All Independent Representatives are responsible for their own managerial decisions and expenditures, including all estimated income and self-employment taxes. At the end of each calendar year, MyLocalPro.com will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for non-employee compensation for Independent Representatives as required by law. The inability of Members to provide all information required for issuance of IRS Form 1099 will result in the suspension of payments until information is obtained. If such information is not obtained within six months from the initial request, withheld balances and any subsequent balances may be forfeited.

 

As an Independent Representative, you may communicate your affiliation with MyLocalPro.com, but may never represent yourself, either directly or indirectly, as an employee. All promotional material shall state that you are an Independent Rep of MyLocalPro.com.

 

Violation of the Independent Representative requirements or any other term of this Agreement shall result in the termination of your membership and forfeiture of any compensation accrued and due to you at the time of infraction or any time thereafter.

 

Independent Representatives may terminate their Independent Representative activity by simply ceasing referral efforts.  or status (separate from Membership status) at any time upon written notice.  MyLocalPro.com may suspend or terminate an Independent Representative for cause upon written notice.

 

 

 

Participants will be provided with a www.OMGitssoeasy.com referral code and a template of approved text available for participants to use in the promotion of and referral to the site.

 

Participants are strictly prohibited from representing themselves as anything or anyone other than a participant and MyLocalPro.com local business client or Nation Member.

 

Participants are restricted from altering the text and promotional templates. You may submit proposed material or text for approval at profits@omgitssoeasy.com.

 

 

 

All payment related matters will be coordinated and issued through MyLocalPro.com.

 

Nation members will receive an intra-site message each time their efforts, or the efforts of any of his or her team members, results in a credit to your account.  Local Business participants will receive the same message via their designated email.

 

Payments for compensation will be issued bi-monthly.  There is a minimum accrued balance requirement of $25.00; otherwise, your balance will roll forward until the minimum pay-out is achieved for the next scheduled payment date. All payments will be issued in the form of a check, made payable only to the name provided in the sign up and issued only to the sign up address. In the case of a business, payment will be issued in the name of the business. 

 

Payment will be paused if the accrued compensation requires additional personal information, including a social security number for the issuance of IRS Form 1099-MISC.
